Fine St Moritz vibes 🏔️
Wow, I was so chuffed with the cosy room and the bomb brekkie-had pancakes and eggs benny! The spa access was a lekker treat after a long day, and the staff were so friendly, especially the chommies at the reception. Totally.
Only downside was the slow WiFi, but honestly, who cares when you've got the mountains?

The place was fantastic and comfy and restaurant was nice. Polite and courteous personnel at the service and gave some tips about St. Moritz. The location was great and absolutely incredible and walk from a valley and a hill.

Absolutely not what I expected. The cleaning service woudl ve been faster if I wasn't at my wits end waiting for my room to be done. Plus, breakfast was a chaotic affair lacking eggs, despite everyone, asking for them. And don't even get me started on how i never received a complimentary upgrade, shocking!

Very friendly and helpful staff, very good food! We especially liked the fact that we still got a warm lunch at 2.30 pm, the staff set a table especially for us and served us, the cook was still there and cooked just for us - top!
Bed was very comfortable, but the duvets and pillows had a cover of synthetic material that was water-repellent and made us sweat. The second point: in the bathroom there is a glass pane between the toilet and the shower, which is almost in front of your nose when you sit on the toilet. This is uncomfortable and also a bit dangerous when going to the toilet at night (we hit our head several times). Third point: All light switches and the table lamps have a place which also lights up when they are switched off (LED). These look good, but are annoying at night, because they are light sources which cannot be switched off.

The shower design is flawed, with a curtain that creates a soggy mess on the bathroom floor!!!

Very modern and new decor. Good big comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean, helpful staff, close to public transport, nice quiet location, fabulous breakfast. You get a light show every time you take a shower or turn on the bathroom taps. There is coffee making facilities in the room and even a small bar fridge.
Those big floppy pillows and big hot doonas on the bed. Although it seems to be the standard for all hotels in Switzerland.

If you're craving epic pancakes and eggy delights at breakfast, this place delivers. Pair that with a glorious spa and you've got relaxation covered. Especially Paul, and that added touch really jazzed up our stay!
Now, the cleaning service had us waiting longer than hoped. We flagged our room for a tidy, but it took ages.

Quirky mix of old and modern styles was interesting although there seemed almost to be too many different styles so I'm not sure it quite worked in the end. Beds very comfortable indeed.
